in our 125,000 sq. ft. facility.
Yes, in our 14 years of business, we have never
had an intruder violation. With your RV always
inside the building with high-tech security
cameras, you can have peace of mind about
protection. After office hours, you can access
your RV with your personalized security code
used at the keypad or through our security
phone app.
Yes, we have power at all storage spaces.
All you need to do is call LCS and fill out a
work order and they will coordinate with us
to move your RV to their area for service.
When the work is completed, LCS will
coordinate with Premier to return your
vehicle to the storage area. You only
need to make one call.
Yes! Our service center can do everything…
from chassis work to body work. Our service
is done through LCS (Luxury Coach Service),
located inside Premier Park Place facility.
No, we only house motorized RVs.
With your security access code, you
can access your RV seven days a week,
between the hours of 6:30 am – 10:30 pm.
Yes! We also have a customized
RV Wash House for our customers.
Yes and no. We have both self-parking spaces,
as well as valet parking. The valet customers
drive their RV into the building to a “holding
area” and our qualified staff will park it for you.
When you need your RV, just call us and we
will pull your vehicle to a “staging area” ready
for you to pick up. This is all done inside our
building. We have 50’ and 35’ isles and a
peak ceiling height of 35’ for your convenience.
Customers enjoy the ease of our valet system.
Some customers prefer their own assigned
spaces, which are priced differently than valet.
We have an in-house consignment dealer.
